I went in with a completely different idea of what this movie would be like, and I got a really wonderful surprise.
It had really great funny moments, but much of it was an underlying mixture of social/religious/psychological commentary that I thought was brought about by the characters really well. It kept its humor, but made some pretty direct points - I have to say it lost its flow at some points and {{ for me}} got even emotional, and upsetting.
But then again, I can cry at a home make-over show.
I suggest seeing it :) Jennifer Garner and Ricky Gervais are wonderful.
